Emotional Wellbeing!
Emotional health is synonymous with wellbeing.  It is vital to living a life of wholeness, balance and contentment.  An emotional health definition is one that includes resilience - getting up when life knocks you down.  Rather than living a problem free-life, emotional health means that one can bounce back from set back and thrive despite problems.
Drug Awareness! Know the Facts!  Be in Control of Your Body!
Drug abuse awareness is an understanding of:
- what exactly substance abuse is
- what substance abuse does and what the risks are
- how substance abuse can lead to the development of an addiction
- what kinds of consequences addiction can have both physically and mentally
- what to do and how to help if a friend or a family member has an addiction
